Q: When I send you my form, how do I know that you've received it?
A: During office hours (M-F 10 am - 6 pm), we will call or e-mail you within 30 minutes of receiving your e-mail or fax to confirm the order.

Q: What if I do not like an item when I receive it?
A: Simply return it in its original packaging and condition within 7 days from your receipt for an exchange or refund. Please e-mail for a return authorization number and instructions. For custom orders, please read the following Shipping And Terms, as restrictions may apply.

Quality:

Q: Are Folk Art Menagerie pieces machine made or done on an assembly line basis?
A: Absolutely not! Each piece is cut from recycled pine, painted and fitted by hand in a time- and energy-intensive process. The finish and texture of each piece is unique. When you order a Folk Art Menagerie piece you are getting a unique piece of American folk art.

Availability: 

Q: How long until I get my sculptures?
A: Available pieces are normally sent via UPS within a day or two of receiving your money order or the clearance of your check. Custom ordered pieces can take up to six weeks for delivery. If time is an issue, please order available pieces.

Shipping:

Q: Who pays for shipping?
A: You do. All orders are sent UPS. Except for very large or delicate pieces, which may require a pre-approved handling charge, shipping costs are based solely on UPS charges.
