With six individual and scores of group exhibitions in the United States and Europe behind him, Bruce Waldman has produced a remarkable body of work, from which we have chosen four small (and quite affordable) etchings from his popular "Jazz Musicians" series. In addition we have included two large, dramatic prints, one of a horse race, another of judge passing sentence on a criminal.

Of his jazz musicians series, Waldman said, "The musicians were playing at an Irish carnival in Brooklyn. Having asked their permission, I sketched them, moving around and among them, trying to capture in my lines the vibrant sensuality of their music."
